Don Diego

Hello, my friends!  How are you?  I hope you're having a nice weekend.

Today's drawing is a portrait I did of Guy Williams.   He was awesome and I absolutely love the character of Don Diego De La Vega because of his charm and strength.    I did it using a ballpoint pen.  It's my favourite technic so far because it gives you a large range of shades in only one strument.

So, I hope you'll like it.

Hey, guys!   I hope you've had a lovely weekend.

Today's drawing is about my favorite TV character of all time.   He's the prove that you don't need superpowers to be a true hero.   We're talking about Zorro!  I grew up watching the show.  I think Walt Disney's Zorro is a television masterpiece and I'll never get tired of watching it.  I just love the series.    So, I did this drawing of him to pay tribute to this wonderful show that gave me so much joy in my childhood.

I did it using a ballpoint pen.

I hope you'll like it!

Collage Vo. 2

Hello, everyone!  How are you?   I hope you're having a nice weekend!

Today I want to show you this collage I did about a year ago.  I did with the same technique I've been using for this kind of artwork.  I think it looks very nice and it needs patience to do it and I like that the most because it allows you to put as much details as you want and also because I like recycling very much.   To do this, you just need a hard surface to work on, old magazines paper and glue.   But, if you want to do something with this technique and hang it on the wall, I recomment to do it directly on MDF board just as I did for this one.     This is the biggest collage I've done so far:  80 x 60 cm.

That's Raffaella Carrà in one of her shows.

I hope you'll like it!

Pero si es Raffaella Carrà

Hello, everybody!    How are you doing?

Today's post is about my favorite showgirl of all time.  Her name is Raffaella Carrà.  I admire her so very much because she's a real artist and a truly inspiration for me. She's an Italian singer, dancer, actress and  TV presenter.  She can even speak 4 languages!  I mean, she's awesome!    She's absolutely lovely and I can almost say I grew up with her because my parents also like her.   I admire her deeply because of the passion she gives to everything she does.  She means a lot to me because she  makes me smile even through the hard times and I think anyone who can brings you a smile when you're feeling down is a gorgeous person.   I even started learning Italian because of her!

So, you  can be sure I will be uploading more drawings of her very soon.

I hope you'll like it!

Isn't she just sweet?  <3

Hello, my friends!  How are you?   I hope you've have a nice weekend.

Today, I want to show you this cute drawing I did the doggie of a dear person to me.   Her name is Cupcake and she's a rescued dog.   She passed from  having cold on the streets to have a beautiful family who loves her very much.  Sadly, she's not so well right now.  She's fighting for her life so I ask you to keep her on your prayers.    I hope she gets better very soon.

I did this drawing using a technical fineliner 0.1, which allows you to create very artistic productions with very expresive strokes.

I hope you'll like it!

Mother's love

Hello, people of the world!

Today, I wanted to show you a painting I did for Christmas last year.    It was done for a contest and I got a Honorific Mention for it.    I like the tenderness in it.  Even if I'm not a religious person, I think the relationship between parents and their children and mother's love is  priceless.  <3

I didn't use an special paint.  In fact, I did it with tempera, which is a kind of fast-drying painting that is mostly use by kids at kindergarden.  So, as you can see, you don't need special things to create good stuffs.

 I hope you'll like it!

My lovely cat Lorenzo!

Hello, everyone!

Today's drawing is about my beautiful cat Lorenzo.  He's almost 2 years old now.   He suffered a lot when he was little because someone took him away from his mother and threw him inside a dumpster. When I found him he was very sick and he wasn't even a month old yet!   At  the begining, the main idea was to find him a family.  I had a dog and I wasn't sure if Lucía would like the idea.  But, fortunately, they got along very well and in a few days, they became inseparable and my family and I felt in love with him.   He's such a lovely kitty!

I did this indian ink painting of him.  I hope you'll like!

Have a nice weekend!
